March 25, 2020 - COVID-19 Update



To Our Valued Members,

On behalf of myself and the Board of Directors of the Columbia Valley Credit Union, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our staff and members is a priority while we continue to meet your financial needs.

To keep our employees and members safe we have taken the following precautions:

  • Effective March 23, 2020 our branch hours have been limited. The branch is open from 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • We will no longer be booking in person appointments, all appointments will be performed by phone or email.

We can serve you in ways that don’t require a visit to the branch, including our online banking, our mobile banking app., ATMs, telephone and email. Members who use our night deposit service will be issued free disposable night deposit bags.

We are closely monitoring health officials’ recommendations and the evolving developments around the Coronavirus, COVID-19.

We are aware that some of our businesses and personal members may be experiencing unexpected economic issues related to the Coronavirus and we want to assure you that we are willing to review any and all financial issues with our members and work towards solutions. We ask that you please be patient with your request and assure you that we will be dealing with all inquiries.
